I am going to be in the market for another AR after new year. I already shoot a Bushmaster & Colt. I am wondering what your opinions are on other manufactures like LWRC, LMT, Stag, DPMS, Armalite. Are any of these really better than another? Need to pear down who to look at. (If it matters thinking of making this AR either 6.8 or .308)

thanks
chris

It matters greatly because that would eliminate most AR manufacturers right out of the gate WRT a complete factory rifle.

I like my bcm but there are other fish in the sea. Any big name AR will give you good service, in reality most civvy target shooters do not need "mil-spec". But if you have the cash buy the best quality gun you can and it will outlast you.

+1

My first was an LMT MRP....then I just ordered a Larue OBR since the price is going up $500 soon and I have 5-6 months to save up the cash. While I waiting for it to be made/shipped, I'm gonna put together a BCM....or maybe a Noveske....or both
