If someone already doesn't I would like to see a laser head like this -

Surefire's laser head

For this -

But make it affordable. $700 for Surefire's head is a lot of money IMO.

Green laser would be great too.

Why?  Its too big and bulky compared to other offerings.  I used a L72.  Its nothing special.

Have you seen the Laser Devices LASTAC-2?  It seems to be just what you are looking for.  We don't have them on our new website yet, but they are coming.  Give us a call if we can help.

After trying out (and returning) just about every consumer (non-LE or military) green laser on the market, I've found the best bang for the buck is the Barska laser found here...

http://www.shopbarska.com/Laser_Sights-BARSKA_GREEN_LASER_SIGHT_W_PICATINNY_RAIL_5MW.html

The quality is leaps and bounds over the competition with the laser encased in a thick walled aluminum housing and held in place buy multiple thick washer\O-ring style rings. I dropped my rifle from 6 feet the other day and it landed right on the laser and it was perfectly fine. About the only thing I don't like about the laser is the smallish pressure pad.

While it's not as bright as the Aixiz laser, it's about 100x the quality. If you want detailed pics, I'd be happy to post them.

I was hoping these guys would have been able to get their laser to market... http://www.wolverinetechnologiesllc.com/Lasers.html but after emailing them, they said the laser was still in development. I'm refering the Cherokee laser.

Good luck in your hunt!

That is nothing at all like what I am looking for.

I would like to find a green laser head that fits on a TK11 and mount them in LaRue's double offset mount pictured below.

That is closer to what I am looking for but I do not want something with knobs like that.

I would like to use the TK11 as the base unit because:
1. They are durable.
2. They are affordable.
3. I already own two of them, one of them is mounted on the rifle. If an issue arises with one I would have three units to source parts from.
4. Running a laser head on one of them would give me a spare light head for the other two.

I shot Fenix an email recommending they make a laser head for their TK series lights.

Maybe it will happen.
