OK indulge me, I know it's not an AR but, I grew up in the 80's and loved Miami Vice hence I've always loved Mac 10's 11s 12s etc. Well I cant afford a class 3, but always wanted an Open Bolt RPB but only made for less than 3yrs before the ATF told RPB to stop making them way too easy to be FA in less than 5 minutes with a file or dremmel, so they are expensive compared to a closed bolt rpb swd or cobray. Well I found an OB RPB SM 11a1 on GB started at $399. I WON it for $706.01. The cheapest one's on there are selling $1500-$3500. I never see them for under a $1000. (and there usually 9mm or 45's and hammered). Well the seller listed it as a Cobray m11 380, the start price is in line with a closed bolt one. So not many people probably looked at it . All the pics even show Open bolt and the side of the gun is sm11a1 RPB industries. I out bid a guy by $5.00. and forgot about it til today. I never thought I would get one, I have a near mint condition cobray m12 380 coming tomorrow and now don't need it really,oh well I'll have to "deal" with 2 new toys and an AR 9mm pistol I just completed tonight.
