Is the plastic connection hook that attatches weapon to sling strong enough for "euro style" shooting of an AR pistol (pushed away from body to stabilize weapon at eye/sight level)??

Definitely, those plastic buckels are super strong.  And on the off chance you do have a problem, Just talk to spectergear and they'll help you. I've shot like that with my 3-point sling and never even thought twice about it.

Also, you don't have that good of leverage shooting like that, so you aren't going to exert that much force on it.

Well, the feedback is positive on the MOUT by Specter, but I bought a Troy Single Point off the EE!

As it'll be for one weapon, the HK style hook'll do fine, thanks for the replies!
