I am switching the bar rail to another build. Does anyone have the instruction sheet laying around? I can't get the screw holes for the rail to line up for the life of me. I can't remember if there was some trick to it or not.

You have to use the shims that are included with the BAR. If the nut isn't close to lining up, take it off and add a shim. Rinse and repeat until it's close enough to torque into place.

I have the instruction sheet, but no way to digitize it for you at the moment.

I have 2 shims, but is closer with none. But still would have to torque it way to much!

My rail came with, like, 6 shims I think. You might need to order a shim kit from Spike's if you don't have enough.

Friend of mine has one and I helped him assemble it.  You don't have enough shims.  There are 2 different thicknesses and you need to use whichever combo brings you to one clock position shy at hand tight.
