| I know there are many posts about how great Spikes is at taking care of customers, but i feel the need to add another. After searching this site (and many others) I decided on Spikes for my dedicates .22 Upper. Ordering was easy and it shipped fast. I had a problem with sight alignment. Rear windage was all the way left and i was still grouping right. I called Spikes and they immediately said they would ship me a new one. I had figured a best case scenario of having to ship my upper to them for repair with shipping coming out of my pocket. But they shipped a brand new unit the same day. All I have to do is put the old one in the box and ship it back to them with the provided shipping tag. In these days of getting the Run-Around from almost everyone, its nice to see a company that takes care of its customers. THANKS SPIKES! |

another great thing about Spike's is that they under promise and over deliver, it is usually the opposite in this industry with manufacturers missing product release dates by months and years.
Example: I ordered a 7.5" custom 9mm upper from Spike's 3 weeks ago, I was told it would be approximately 4-6 weeks before they would be ready. 2.5 weeks after ordering I got a tracking number for my 9mm upper. Most companies will tell you 4 weeks lead time and then ship it 8 weeks out. |

They have amazing customer service. I had an issue with a lost part for my .22lr (e-clip), sent them an e-mail, and they said they would send it right out. Being impatient, I called them this morning, and said it wasn't here. They said they would send another replacement out just it in case. I got package #1 this afternoon when I got home (along with a sticker). So, I guess I will be getting two. No charge! And they almost seemed excited to help me!

I've been doing testing on the Dedicated Build I did using Spike's Dedicated Bolt and Barrel, Putting it up against the best Undedicated Ciener Conversions I have. In that Post I had asked for someone to "Chime In" with results they had achieved with a Spike's Conversion Bolt Assy in a 1 in 12" Twist barrel. No one stepped up, Tom / badazzar15 contacted me with an offer of one of their Chamber Adapter so I could do the testing myself. I have it ready to go, soon as I can get to the Range.
I'm getting around on a healing broken right foot (Titanium Plate and 6 Screws) Tom told me that Spike's would be at the Lakeland Fl. Show but that I would need to see Scott because he wouldn't be there. So,,,, I tried to find someone going that I could ride with. It's about 60 Miles. I ended up driving myself in one of the worst storms I've seen in a long time. Once there, everyone helped me get parked close and find Spike's so I could do as little walking as possible. Once I got to their Tables, I asked for Scott. He was swamped with customers but stopped cold, got me sat down, even the other customers helped. The best way I can describe this is that I was treated like Royalty by everyone there. I don't personally know anyone at Spike's beyond seeing and buying from them at other Shows, Phone Orders, Internet and occasional contact with Tom here on the Forum. I bought a couple Stripped Pistol Lowers, Pistol Buffer tubes and an adapter for 37mm to 12ga Flares. Not a major purchase by any stretch. I've always felt that everyone at Spike's that I've had contact with was willing to go the extra mile to help (Even When My Foot Isn't Broken). They really make you feel like Family. It's Refreashing especially after everyone else has let me down. I know that things don't always go perfect, with orders, Delivery, Parts but I honestly believe that everyone at Spike's gives well over 100% to take care of us. Please try to remember that.
