Anyone have pics of a Spikes lower matched with a CMMG upper? Interested in how the finishes match up.

My first AR build... Fit is a little to tight as I have to use my glock tool to remove the takedown pins... they should loosen with use. Finish is damn close

is it me or does that not seem to match too much? like the spike's is more glossy than the CMMG?

Picked up my Spikes lower today and based on the pics in this thread it is not as dark. Probably irrelevant making judgement between photo and actual.

I agree, there is a difference in the pics provided.

Colors can vary with receivers anodized in the same batch so relying on pics of other's receivers is a waste of time.
