What power? What brand? Where to get it? I have to be able to see .223 at at least 100 yards and up to as much as 200 meters.

Bushnell wins the category for cheap and good enough for 200 yard .22 caliber holes. I can use mine at 300 but its iffy and cant be done when the sun starts going down at all. You need 36-45X max magnification level.
