I have a stainless barrel with a black kemod handguard. I thought I'd go for a stainless muzzle device.  I'm leaning toward one with two ports on each side like a compensator but thought I'd ask for suggestions.  Would stainless on stainless be cool for a muzzle device or would the black tip be cooler?  Don't want to look like a chump at the range you know.  Haha.

But let me know if you have suggestions for stainless muzzle devices???

The one I was looking at was $35 and that price sounds great to me and my bidget but I would go up a little in price if it were highly recommended or a much better device.  Thanks for any replies!

Here's a photo of a stainless Ross Schuler brake on a stainless Bartlein barrel.  Personally, I think the build looks more thought out if the brake finish matches the barrel finish.

read those articles already when you originally posted them in another thread.  Thanks for reposting and for the pic. The stainless does go well together.

If you've read them, then you should know that it's wise to pick a brake based on it's performance within your budget, and not simply because of how it looks.

So do you have a suggestion for a muzzle device?  I posted asking for suggestions, not articles.

Opinions & Suggestions are like assholes...everyone's got one.   I linked the articles so that you could make your own informed decision based on your needs.
Me?  I've tried brakes from Surefire (7.62 Adapter), AAC (single chamber), JP Enterprises (Bennie Cooley), Ross Schuler, and American Precision Arms (Fat Bastard Gen II).  Now, as a result of the articles, I'm trying the Precision Armament's M4-72 Severe Duty on several rifles.  It's appears to be very effective and moderately priced (half the price of other breaks I've tried).

ETA:  Forgot, I also have a Battlecomp 1.5
