Which stocks have the longest length of pull, commercial seems to add about 0.5 inch.

The Magpul ACS is on the long side so a commercial will get you out to 15.55" LOP. That's 2.05" longer than an A2 stock. If you add on the extended buttpad you will gain another 0.70".
