Hello , I just joined the sight , also just bought my first AR ( Core 15 Tac M4 ) do not know anything about AR's if this one is a good one or not but when I held it friday IT FELT GOOD ! I also just bought a TLR 2 HL with 660 lumes and red dot laser , I live in MD so I will not get my AR for near 3 months so I can not tell you how it holds up on the AR but I can tell you it's a hell of a light and laser , just cost a few dollars but when it has a lifetime warrantee that helps with the price . Some say the light is too bright but say it's shined at you , you would NOT see me at all because you would be blind by the light or strob . Seems very very sturdy and tightly fitted. Shop around , the price is all over around the 300.00 mark. James

my69rox... Did you buy 5 of them? Most online venders have them for 60-70.
Op, it's a great light, but focused more on throw. Several LE friends locally run them on their duty belts, with something more throw-oriented (SF Fury) as a weapon mounted light. Engagements where the distance is great enough for the throw of the HL to out perform the spill of the Fury are very rare around here. |
