I have a RRA stripped lower serialed for a rifle, can I legally build it as a pistol? TIA |

If it has definitley been serialed as a rifle, then no. You would have to go the short barrel route or get a new lower. If I remeber correctly, Essential arms sets theirs as a new build, so that it can be put together as a pistol or rifle, but make sure your dealer brings it in as the one you want.
