Hi all I am looking for the strongest FF non-quad rail. My main concern is how it is attached to the rifle. I like Diamond Head rails but not sure how it will hold up to hard handling. Any help would be great thanks.

I would think most major brands are pretty stiffly attached to the upper reciever.   May I ask what you need the strength for?  You don't plan on using it as a pry bar I assume

I agree. Most major brands will be strong. Daniel Defense, Troy, Midwest Industries, Centurion, LaRue, Noveske, Samson, Spikes, YHM, etc.

Yeah like others have said most will be totally solid. For the most solid I suppose a monolithic upper would be the strongest. The new Geissele rail is supposed to be a tank.

On my 14.5" I run a DD M4 Rail 10.0. 10" long rail is pretty good for mounting a light out on the end of it, longer distance between front and rear buis, and I run my VFG a ways out there also. Good construction, soild fit, very lightweight. You could also go with a 12" rail for a "cooler" look. All up to you and personal preferance. Can't really go wrong with any length like those.

Troy, Midwest Industries, Daniel Defense, KAC, etc make some really good rails and have a pretty good selection. All are very good and very strong.
