Good evening all.

I know some of you get a bit peturbed at hearing the same old questions from Newbs over and over again, buuuuut, I need to know if a standard A2 stock kit will cause functioning problems if used in a carbine build??

This will be my second carbine build and I would like to use a standard A2 stock, my 1st born has a collapsible and I like it but I would like an A2 on my 2nd.

Thanks guys.

No problems with a rifle stock on a carbine. Be sure to use the correct parts for the assembly.

I like an A1 stock on for that particular set up. YMMV.

Thanks for the reply.

"Correct parts." I'm not sure what you're meaning?

Will the rifle buffer that comes with the assembly have to be swapped with a carbine buffer??

Thanks again.

No, you want it to be all rifle or all carbine.
