too much CLP? I was just cleaning my rifle and I noticed that I coat nearly every damn part in Breakfree CLP. Even the outside of the rifle... Is there such thing as too much?

No. Just blow the heavy excess off/out with compressed air.

not really. If you apply to much you will know when you pull the trigger. Wear saftey glasses.
the excess oil will land on the glass..

I run all my guns heavy with Weapon Shield because it helps to disolve crud as it is made. When it is time for cleaning, the junk just wipes off.
