I need to know if the Yankee Hill Machine 10.5" Barrel will work with a Midwest Industries Gen 2 T series 10" FF one piece rail. Is their 10" rail EXACTLY 10"? I know sometimes measurements are off and this need to line up correctly so I am not blowing gas from the muzzle device onto the rail. I want to minimize naked barrel sticking out, but I don't wanna throw gas/concussion into the rail. I dont want ports on my muzzle device (Probably just an a2 FH for now) to be under the rail? Know what I mean?

There is an offset between barrel length and rail length. An 8" barrel will stick out from a 7" rail about 1/2".

If the rail and barrel are the same length, the barrel will be recessed in the rail about 1/2" if you don't have a muzzle device.

If you use a Noveske KX-3 or similar device, being recessed is fine. The end of the device will be about 2" past the end of the barrel.

So in theory, a 10.5" barrel and 10" rail should come out about flush, and then an A2FH should be safe to use? Maybe I should just got with the 9" rail.

A 10" rail will end just at the back of the barrels muzzle threading, you will be good.

when measured 10" from the receiver it was a smig  past the threads...

That was the same for me with my 12.5" barrel and 12" handguard. The handguard was just about a quarter or half inch past the end of the barrel, just enough to require a Troy Claymore vs the FSC556 like I wanted.

Just use some sort of linear comp you'll be fine

10.5" Aero barrel with a 9" Samson rail, you can easily see where a 10" rail will end.

You will have almost .5" of barrel left, the A2 FH will work fine, but personally I'd choose a different one.  Doesn't hurt to project the blast forward, but flash should be considered.

Thanks for all the help guys. I actually chose to do a 9 inch rail instead. I was afraid I would end up not liking the minimal amount of barrel sticking out. thanks everyone!

MAS Defense sells a Vector quad rail 12" that is 12 on the money.  I used it and the big can muzzle device to get my 10" BHW barrel to stick out about 3/8" or so pass the quad.
