Anyone have experience with the SWS Rail System? I know Noveske uses them on their rifles. I was looking at these or the DD Lite. Any significant differences besides maybe being just a tad heavier than the DD Lite?

SWS makes great rail systems. I've got an SWS on my AR-10.

I have a couple of the Noveske ones and it definitely a quality rail. I also have a couple of the DD lite rails and other than the slight weight difference, you can't go wrong with either rail..

proprietary barrel nut that is a pain in the butt to get on but once you figure it out a very awesome rail

+1 Nice rail system but there are just as good for less money.

I actually found it to be less expensive than the DD Lite which is my other choice.

I have DD Lite, LaRue, Noveske branded SWS, and straight up SWS rails.  The SWS rails are a bit heavier, but I prefer them over the DD rails simply because, like LaRue rails, the size/shape are more rounded and fit my hand better.

Solid, beautifully machined rails. They look cool, too. I have a rifle-length model on a Sabre 18" barrel, and I'm very happy with the setup.

Are the Noveske branded rails essentially the same or do they have variances?  Do either have built in quick detach swivel sockets? I don't see rails on the Noveske site.

You owe it to yourself (and your wallet) to check out the DD Omega-X stuff. The Omega-X 12.0 FSP is normally priced @ $350-ish, but is ON SALE at Bravo Company and Midway USA for $180. I ordered mine from Midway because Bravo Co. was out of stock earlier this week, otherwise I'd have ordered from Bravo Co.
