Here's a question for you Surefire experts.

Does the M2 and M3 Surefire Flashlights have the same OD anodized finish as the Millenium Universal WeaponLight Series?  One would think that the "Millenium" series lights would be the same.  The pictures on the internet look close but having never seen them side by side in person, I could be wrong.

They are both "HA" (Hard Anodised to (Mil-A-8625 Type III Class 2)
HA is a growth for which physical performance is more important that colour matching the finish. Therefore the characteristic SureFire measure and control is thickness and they are less concerned that the bezel doesn't match the body when it comes to hue or shade.

Also HA can look different depending on the environment or camera lighting.
