| Im trying to mount my surefire light at the FSP. The mount I have clamps around the barrel, but is too wide to fit threw the slot/space and be clamped. Any suggestions? modify the one I have? |

Set ups like that pictured above, are designed to be clamped to the barrel of the weapon with the tape/pressure switch mounted on a vertical fore grip or on the hand guard. GG&Gaz make one that fits in the opening of the FSB with a pic rail for a ring.
-as an aside that old style setup is in demand by the retro build crowd and could easily be sold to fund any other set up you may want. |
