I just bought a Surefire M4 Devastator (Millenium series), and ordered a YHM quad rail handguard. I want to mount this light on the side of the handguard. I have lokoed, and looked all over, and I guess there are just too many letters, and number of surefire lights for me to comprehend. Basically I just want a good metal mount for this thing. I would like a VLTOR, but I don't know if any of the ones they make will fit this light. Please school me on some good mounts for this thing. preferably for under $100.00. Thanks in advance.

Thats a good question I have an E2D also. I would imagine the smaller of the VLTOR mounts would fir that. |

Surefire has the same style mount as the above I posted for the E series and it's designated the M78 mount. For the Vltor it's the E series mount you need. As for a tapeswitch, it's the UE tailcap assy. that works with the E series but it will only be a black tailcap housing (which will match the E2D).
