Anyone have any experience with these. I was looking at Burris scopes today and the guy said that Swift makes a good scope that is on par with Burris for a lot less money. $115 for a 3X9. The optics were clear, but I dontknow anything about the Swift's. Lee |

I have a Swift 6-24 x 50 Target model on my Bushmaster Varminter. I've been very pleased with it so far. I actually think it's clearer than my 3-9 x 40 Leupold on my deer rifle. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid35/p31e5d920ef103ba4aa5ef8f1abf50e85/fd2cb2da.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid35/pde678d1c066adb7c9eb0b4f5f8cb77f7/fd2cb2d9.jpg |

The guy at the store has one on a 280 and said it had held its zero for over 10 years of use. I would put this scope on a 300 winmag and was concerned about a less expensive scope holding its zero. I have a Nikon 3X9 buckmaster also and maybe I will put the Nikon on my 300 and get a Swift to put on my 6.5X55 Swede in place of the Nikon. Thanks for the input guys. Lee |
