| After checking out the TA31 and the TA11, I'm going with the TA11 because it seems brighter and I like the eye relief. Other than the size and weight anyone have any negatives about it that I should consider before getting one? |

I have a TA31, TA31F, TA11C, and a TA55. My only negative about the TA11 series is the attaching method for the Killflash ARD. I much prefer the TA31 method (slide in & rubber retainer) or even the screw in TA55 ARD, to the slide in &"clip on" TA11 ARD which seems like it would be easy to break. Plus, they really need to make a "bikini" cover for the TA11 series like is available for the 4X ACOGs. |
Cruise the EE and you will find some good deals...nut you have to stay at it because they get gobbled up pretty fast. A good deal really depends...I sold the one above a while back for around $900 and that included the Larue mount, original box, etc. I just saw a TA11F in the EE and IIRC it had a mount included and was around $850.
