So I just bore sighted my rifle, and went shooting this past weekend.  My windage and elevation are maxed out and my shot is still high and to the right.  I sent the scope in once to Acog and they said it was fine.  Am I putting the scope too close to my eye or shold I have it closer to the barrel? Also, could my scope be broken on arrival of shipment? I would appreciate some feedback  thanks...

Tell us how your gun is set up.

What mfg upper and barrel?
Are you using the factory ACOG mount?

Why did you have to send it back the first time?

We need more info to better help you.

Ya sorry about that, its a DPMS Rifle A4 flattop 16", I am using the factory ACOG mount, and  I sent it back the first time because the reticle was not moving when I adjusted the windage and elevation when I was zeroing the scope in.
