Where is the best place to buy this acog? Best price and avalibility?

Secondly I was considering an aimpoint. To different setups for two different styles of shooting I understand. I'd prefer some sort of range finding ability such as mildots or the cheveron reticle in the ta31. Also I'd like an illuminated reticle, not a hologram. If your aimpoint runs out of batteries then what? I guess I'm just looking for other options for shooting from 100-300 yards, with the ability to engage targets out to 500 or so. Any reccomendations would be helpful, other wise Im still looking for a TA31f.

Good luck finding one. The various branches of the military are sucking them up as fast as Trijicon makes them. Some get dribbled out to dealers, so contact several that stock them and get your name on a waiting list.

So the 18-20 week wait on the acog site is probably longer?

I'd try the EE board for starters......

Grab what's available from reputable dealers.
