Can you reload the Hornady TAP (silver) cases?

The black nickle plated TAP FPD cases are the same boxer primed brass as any of the other Hornady ammo.

The zinc plated or lacquered cases used in the practice ammo is berdan primed steel and is only reloadable if you feel its worth the effort.
