The short and stubby stocks (that you would use on an AR, non adjustable), they are legal in California right? Just checking.

I would ASSUME they would be, granting the rifle is still over the minimum OAL requirements.

You might want to ask this question in the California HTF. Those guys trapped behind enemy lines will know the laws better than me out here the cornfield
