I was introduced to the Talbot scope mount at this year's SHOT in the IOR booth. I needed a better setup than the (admittedly well made) 35mm rings supplied by IOR for the 3-18 scope, one that would allow me to remove and replace without adding to the height and without much wander around zero.

I have been using the AR with these mounts and the 3-18 for the last few months, and have had no problems so far. Remove, replace, same zero, at least to within .5 inches at 100 yards.

Anyone else using these? Having good luck or not?

Rifle is a POF upper, MGI lower. I want to mount a second Talbot scope base on the MGI upper (carbon fiber barrel due real soon now). This will allow easy swaps between uppers. I would love to own multiple 3-18's or better, but not this week (or this month, or this quarter...).
