Has anyone used one of these?  Considering this or the Dewey kit to round out my cleaning kit.

Or the Dewey AR Kit:

They are both about the same cash.

I've never, ever heard of anyone needing a lug scrapper, sounds like a waste of money.  The Dewey kit has some useful items though.  I use a different type of lug swabber  (the little attachment with the hole in it) a few times a year to clean the barrel extension, works well for cleaning a hard to reach place.

That lug scraper looks like an unnecessary gimmick.

A few sprays with some Non Chlorinated Brake Cleaner has always worked well for me

I'm a sucker for tools.  I have both.   Rarely do I use either.  Brake cleaner works great.
