Anyone every order from them?
Placed an order this time last week, Have nott heard a thing, called (no one ever answers) emailed 1 time haven't heard back, order not showing in my account but came out of the credit card. I thought PSA was slow( at least they keep you updated) but this is ridiculous

Funny you posted this, I just got off the "phone" with them... left a message. Trying to cancel my order, partially because it is taking FOREVER to get shipped, partially because I changed my mind and want something a little more pleasant for reloading than Prvi. It is showing up in my account, but has just been sitting in "credit card captured" status. Hopefully I will hear something back...
Or maybe I'll just take my funds and go buy a Glock. |

I never had a problem with Target Sports USA. I stopped by two weeks ago and picked up a case of Prvi M 193. They did say that the ammo was selling fast and that they were having problems getting resupplied, and if they were able to purchase ammo, their costs have gone up. They also moved to a larger ware house in January (same building, larger unit) . It's possible they are still getting organized.

When I ordered it was aware of the 2-3 wait time, but a week later still nothing?
What gets me is the lack of customer service, even a generic email would have done. But anytime you call no one is available, no messages returned, no emails. I know that with prices being as competitively as they are, almost everyone's the same. But terrible service will get lack of repeat customers (even if the prices are higher) |
To be fair, they do have a heads-up on their site about a longer wait time, but the key is communication. While it was kind of an inconvenience to not hear anything or see any kind of order status change on there, I would have just sat and been patient and waited, it's just I decided that I didn't want to have to deal with that Prvi brass after the fact when I went to reload the stuff!

| I'm also experiencing some very slow shipping times. I placed an order on 2/24/12 for a 1000rd case of 5.56 and haven't heard anything. I did get an email with a UPS tracking number, but all it says so far is that a shipping label was made on 3/1/12. Actually just sent them an email before reading this. |

Same here, ordered on 02.26, got email about shipping label on 03.01, all it says is it was made nothing about it being shipped. Not too worried about it, as wildearp pointed out above, everyone seems to be pretty busy these days. I've also placed several orders w/ target sports in the past w/o any issues. |

| Ordered from them for the first time on the 24th. DIdn't get a good shipping number until today. The shipping number now shows its been created but not picked up. I already got ammo I ordered on the 26th and 28th from other suppliers. .....never again with I order from them |

| I will never deal with them again, I ordered 2000 rnds of Federal bulk M855, what I got was AE XM855F in 20 rnd boxes 2 weeks later, I needed duty ammo, not AE, he told me take it or leave it, It was a box short and many of the rounds had split necks, they refunded my money, but not the shipping....Done with them |

I will say that, once I got a hold of them on the phone, they cancelled my order for a case pretty quickly and the refund on my CC statement appeared within a day or so of that.
I'm not excusing some of the other problems that are listed here (shipping wrong and defective ammo, etc), but I believe this is a company that has experienced growth at a rate they are not capable of handling, based on the types of problems people have talked about here. I do not suspect any kind of mal-intent on their part, though perhaps a need for some better management of their operations to accommodate a bunch of ammo hungry ARFers dumping orders on them. Free shipping on cases? That's asking for it!

| I ordered from them the same day I saw the free shipping for bulk orders and just got the ups tracking info yesterday. I know they probably got buried with orders from this site alone, not defending them just putting info out there. I'm not in a hurry so waiting a little for the free shipping isn't a big deal to me. I'll update good or bad from here forward just so it's out there. |

Got my ammunition today and all was packaged and received in great shape.
I ordered 3K + 200rds. and it took 2-weeks to get here. They must be busy as heck but I will say they sent it out as ordered and it arrived in good condition. If you do not mind the wait I would not hesitate ordering from them again. |
