Hello, can anybody recommend a real good shop that can apply a quality Teflon finish to my AR-15 Upper?

I'm not aware of any shop that applies it on.
I'm assuming you have a CMMG or DPMS lower and want your upper to match the teflon coated lower.
Your best bet is to buy a stripped upper from the same manufacturer as your lower, if you want them to match.

I've heard nothing but good things about these guys and will be sending off foul weather bolt action rifle to them in the near future. I have talked to them over the phone and the amount of pre-work they do to the parts before them coat them is pretty impressive...
