Walk me threw it guys....
What parts would you use to build the perfect AR-15?
Budget = $8,000.

I want to know all the parts you would use.
Lowers, uppers, piston systems, barrel including length, bolts, triggers, red dots, ect.... EVERYTHING!!!!!

This will be a CQB

Troy, Magpul, Spikes, POF,,,,,,

Another $2000 and you could have the perfect ar15.  One with that shoots full auto..

Yea if you want to drop thousands, go big for a select fire AR.  Otherwise, here is a link to my dream Carbine, although not a CQB, that is just a matter of barrel and rail length. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=4&t=477393

I don't think it's possible to spend 8k on one gun.

Is that another 'build-you-own-ar' flash thingy? The only one I know of is on Brownells...  or are you just kick-ass at MS paint?

I guarantee I could.  I spent 3k while trying to save money.

ETA: I could use up half of that with a Magpul lower.

How about you buy a Colt for about 1100 and spend the other $6,900 on over 20,000ds

I wish I had MS paint skills like that.

I'd spend about $2k each on 2 very nice AR's and then spend the change on ammo and training.  Dropping $8k on a single AR seems like a huge waste of money to me.  JMHO... YMMV...yada yada yada.
