Hi all. I've been lurking on here, reading and gathering as much information as I can to make a purchase, and today the first step in my black rifle disease arrived via UPS. A Leupold CQ/T scope. Of course, my (blasted wretched wrong immoral wrong wrong wrong) FOID card from the People's Republic of Daley-nois has not arrived yet, so I haven't even ordered my AR, I am still a long way off. But to give you an idea of how bad my disease is, I DID attach the scope to the throw lever mount and then tie it to my Marlin .22 with a shoelace. I feel shame. But just a little!!!! Anyway, thanks for all the info you guys have on here, it does help. Mike |
Good thing you didn't tie it to an AK with a shoelace, you could be in Alphabet Soup...

What is embarassing is the fact that you have a trigger lock.  Leave Illinois, and come to the free states. You won't have to ask permission from those statist thugs to exercise your rights! Very nice choice in optics though - what kind of an AR setup are you going to have? |
