Since the ban is over now, can I get my barrel threaded for a flash Hinder or muzzle brake? (I live in MN, if that matters)

Unless your state has a permanent ban of its own, then yes, you can get it threaded.

What should you expect to be charged for threading by a gunsmith and what's a typical price for A2 Flash Hiders?

I am also looking to do the same thing, can anyone recommend someone good? How much should I expect to pay? FYI... I live in utah.
