| Just finished replacing the stock trigger in my HBAR with a Timney 4# skeletonized trigger. One of the easiest changes I've made on a gun. After locking down the set screws,I checked function of the safety and it worked perfect. The original trigger was probably 7-8 pounds, but I really couldn't tell since my trigger gauge only went to 5 pounds and bottomed my gauge out without releasing the hammer. Can't wait to get to the range and check it out this week. |
| I don't know how reliable they are,but Timney has been in business making rifle triggers for 50-60 years(I think thats right)and they are some of the best. That's the reason I chose Timney. As far as a "go to",my old trigger was 7-8 pounds and I wasn't comfortable with that. |
