Which do you guys prefer? I read alot of people say the timney has a light primer strike.
Anybody ever have problems with Chip McCormick triggers?

From all the reading I've done in other threads:  Timney wins.  They did have some problems on the earlier production runs with accidental full auto (doubling) but some others have reported the same problem with McCormicks.  Timney has since corrected the problem and have good customer service.  Both should be a remarkable improvement, but I remember those who've had both giving a slight edge to the Timney.  If it were my money it'd be Timney.  Just be sure to install properly and one guy recommended putting a dab of brightly-colored nail polish on top of the 2 set screws after tightening them down.  That way they stay put and can be removed easily with polish remover if necessary.

Plus Timneys are great looking - that little piece of precision machined, anodized alum is impressive.

I had the Chip McCormick single stage in my Bushmaster, and it was a sweet trigger with absolutely no problems. It would still be in my Bushy if it weren't for the recall. I would have absolutely no qualms about reinstalling it after it is returned to me.
