First post.

I ordered a Del-ton 16" M4 kit and believe I have all the tools necessary to put it together for the most part. I was just wondering about the buttstock. I don't have a spanner wrench like that and was curious if they send one with it. If someone else that has bought one their kits could tell me that would be great. Also, how much of the kit is already put together? Thanks.

Hey, congrats on del-ton kit. You'll like it. Upper is all together. Lower isn't too bad to put together. Just bring up how to article on here and follow step by step. I bought the multi tool, made by DPMS, but del-ton looks like they have a few nice tools to tighten buttstock. I would spend a little to have one. Don't think they sent it if you didn't order it. What I learned after putting a few togther, use a small long nose vice grip to hold pins to tap in and get them started. Then get regular vice grip, make sure to tape teeth up, and press in. Good luck. Timmy

Just finished a Del-Ton Kit myself. I used a brass punch to tighten the castle nut, and a center punch to stake it.

Welcome Aboard

A strap wrench works well if you have one.
