[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Training ammo?

I was checking out Lewis Machine and Tool Comany's web site when I saw a link to their M2 training bolt. The image showed the bolt along with 5.56mm ammo with blue tips. Here's a link to it: http://www.lewismachine.net/product.php?p=132&cid=11&session=4602007170f676e4f9280ae6ee01802a

Does anyone know the designation for that type of ammo?

If you look at the box in the picture closely, you can see that it's designated M862. A search on google brought this up:
