Please refresh my memory. If you zero your scope at 25 meters doesn't the point of impact figure out to something like 250 meters downrange?

I think it's supposed to be 300m... I could be wrong though.

if you zero at 25, you'll be something like 8" high at 100, but back on around 300.

do a 50 yard zero, it's a much flatter trajectory.

25M = 375M downrange if using M193 and a 20" barrel, it's not far off that with M855..

50y zero = 200M

All right, thats just the info I was after. Guess I've always  zeroed at 25 meters cause Uncle Sam said so. I can't argue with logic so I think I'll give the 50 meter zero a whirl. I'll be shooting mostly M-855 or 62 gr. wolf out of a 24" bbl. Thanks for the help.

Whats the  zero with a M4 14.5 zero at 25M  ammo bh75

on my Back up M4 I have the older arms buis wich I zero at 25m

thank God my Go to M4 has same plane BUIS
