Does anyone make a trigger guard without a roll pin? I thought i remembered seeing a drop in trigger guard that used two screws, but now I cant seem to find it. I know the roll pin works fine, I would just prefer to not use a roll pin.

This is the one I was thinking of:  http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_12/629265_Dead_On_Arms_pinless_trigger_guard.html

Don't even need screws.

Awesome trigger guards. Their all I use for open guard lowers.
ETA: whoops.. duh (that's my own thread haha). But yes, I STILL use those exclusively.

I installed one of these recently. It took a significant amount of filing to get it to fit which exposed bare metal. A quick touch up with a Perma black pen solved that. I don't know why the fit was off? My lower is just a standard forged model which is what the trigger guard is supposed to fit.

I bought a Magpul trigger guard from Ebay that uses a couple of hex screws

Dead On Arms pinnless trigger guard.

I am running the above trigger guard on one of my SBRs after disassembling it for paint.  It's so much easier to install and completely eliminates the risk of breaking off ears and rendering a SBRed lower useless.
