Make sure the legs of your hammer spring are over the notches of the trigger pin.

Did that fix your trigger pin issue?

Any standard M4 or CAR stock is going to have some rattle.  Tapco is Chinese junk, I wouldn't buy it.  Rock River, Bushmaster, etc, use commercial-diameter stocks, while Stag/CMT, Colt, and some others use military-diameter stocks.  The advantage of getting a military-diameter stock and buffer tube is that you have more options for aftermarket stocks later on if you want.

Some people use a hair dryer to heat up a stock and then vise it to fit tighter on the tube.  Others use moleskin/tape/etc to build up the tube diameter.  It doesn't bother me, frankly, to have a bit of movement, on the rifles I have that use standard stocks.  For the tightest lockup, get an aftermarket stock like an LMT, MagPul, VLTOR, CAA, etc.
