I have an SSA-E trigger, but I noticed that my trigger spring doesn't have the little folded tips/legs at the spring ends.  I called Geissele, and they said they'd send me one free of charge.  My question is does it make a lick of difference if the tips aren't folded/crimped?  Obviously, the trigger works just fine, but does it change the angle of the trigger or the sensitivity?

My guess is their purpose is to keep the tips of the spring from scratching the lower.  Anyone?
