| After looking at TONS of different drop in trigger groups I have narrowed it down to two options. It’s between the CMC Duty/Patrol Flat drop in trigger (4.5-5 Lb) and the Timney Skeleton Shoe drop in (4.5 Lb). The Timney is almost double the price of the CMC, but I love the way the Skeleton trigger looks. Obviously looks are only a small part of what I’m trying to get out of this upgrade so I was hoping for some input from anyone who has used either of these triggers. Also, if anyone has any opinions on other possible trigger groups let me know, just trying to keep it below $300! Thanks guys..... III% |

I have the CMC curved trigger and Timney triggers. The CMC is very nice, but the those little c clips tend to fly to parts unknown when doing maintenance. That is why I only have one! The Timney small pin 3# trigger is my favorite. The skeletonized model does look good, but since I was changing a lot of ARs, I went with the standard trigger. Easy install, reliable trigger pull and decent price for a quality upgrade. Midwest Gun Works has the regular trigger for $167.97.
