Single stage? Two stage? Considering what you've named already your price range could accomodate a Wilson TTU (single stage) or a Geissele HiSpeed (two stage).

What are you going to use the gun for informal targets, plinking at cans, Self defense.  Do you and your friends get together for some serious target shooting. And how much shooting or training have you had?

Different triggers I would recommend for different area's of shooting

1. Informal targets any single stage
2. plinking at cans stock trigger
3. Self defense Stock trigger legal reasons
4. Serious targets off hand good trigger around 3 1/2 to 4 Lbs most like two stage
5. Benchrest  the lightest trigger you can get and deep pockets.  single stage  I like jewel

I would recommend using a stock trigger till your ability to shoot better scores is limited by the trigger and that will depend on which type of shooting you do
