Why would you do this?

Small pin (0.154") is the standard.

Do you maybe have some things backwards in your post?  Bushings make holes smaller, not bigger.

I'm looking for a bushing that would fit tightly in a .171" trigger hole and have .154" inside dimension to accept the standard size pin, allowing a large pin trigger to be used in a small pin lower. Is this a better explanation?
Thanks, Art

So you want bushings that will allow use of a small pin trigger group in your large pin Colt lower, right?

I don't think I've ever seen them anywhere.  .017" would be a very thin bushing and there's no good way to keep it in place unless you use something like KNS anti-rotation pins.

Art,

Sounds like you, or someone you know, bought the wrong FCG for an AR and are trying to make Lemonade.

Theoretically, yes you can have someone machine a bushing for you.  I have to tell you that it would be easier to just buy the correct parts for the lower.  They are not that much money.  You can sell the other parts to make up the cash outlay.

Just my thoughts.  YMMV.

Sage advice. Bushing route is more trouble than it's worth IMO.
