Whats up!

First off, The FCG is working fine the tigger resets and functions during firing, "only shot about 250+ rounds so far"  the problem I am having is when the the selector is on SAFE and I pull the trigger **sometimes** it will lock up/stick. If i place it back on fire the trigger still works fine. My other two lowers do not do this, I did notice that when it is locked up I can move the hammer and it unlocks/unsticks. The hammer/hammer springs/pin does seem easy to move compared to my other lowers, I was thinking it may be out of spec??  I am about to head to work here soon and I wanted to get some advice or opinions on the matter to see if I can fix the problem. I will be ordering a new hammer spring to troubleshoot with other parts. I am pretty sure the FCG is installed correct, I have included pics for viewing! Thank you guys in advance!

There should be a little movement of the trigger when the selector is on safe, but not much.  When you say it "locks up," or "sticks," do you mean that it doesn't wiggle even a little?  That doesn't sound like a "problem," more like "tighter tolerance" between the trigger and selector.

Thank you, yes correct! When I pull the trigger on Safe the trigger doesn't have any movement and it seem like the hammer/hammer spring binds?? I can even push on the hammer pin an it will free up! I was hesitant to call it a problem, it's just my other lowers do not do this.

You just have a combination of selector and trigger that are tighter together than the ones you have had in the past.  Not a problem at all.  The hammer spring thing is from the trigger pushing the hammer a little farther back by pressing on its cocking notch.  They all do that; it's part of the design of the trigger system.  You just never noticed it before....
