Anyone ever hear of this for a trigger job.

take a drill and tap and finish the threading on your pistol grip screw hole to have threads all the way through.

then take a set screw and run it up until it touches the bottom of the trigger group.

then turn the set screw in to contact the trigger group and it takes up some of the creep before the trigger breaks, Put some lok tight on the set screw to hold it in place.

if you have done this before I have some questions.

when the set screw is in place and it is taking out the slack of the trigger but it prevents the safety from engaging. How do you work around this?

You have to take a little off the back of disconector. Do a search their was a step by step guide with pics.
