I've been wanting to get something that would help in a low light situation and I went to a gun store today and tried a Trijicon scope. They let me open the basement door and I held it open enough so as to make a low light situation. I could see better with my eyes than with the scope. Am I missing something here? I thought that these were supposed to help in low light.    Dan

any type of magnification in the dark wiill be harder to see. They have a larger objective so they do gather light better than most scopes.
