I'm not trying to stir up any crap with this post but I'm pretty frustrated at the moment and think it's worth mentioning.

I know Trijicon is a sponsor here and my experience over the past several years with the sponsors I've found through this site has been nothing short of exceptional. I've received stellar products and service from LaRue, 44mag, AIM Surplus, Magpul, Noveske, and others I'm probably forgetting (sorry).

About five weeks ago I purchased a new ACOG from a dealer listed on Trijicon's website. When I got it home I noticed an obstruction in the field of view that was pretty distracting. I spoke with Trijicon and overnighted the optic to them. They confirmed receipt of it and said they'd be able to tell me something in "one to two weeks."

A little over two weeks later I called and asked if there was any update and the guy told me "It's going to be another week." I waited another week and called and was told "It's gonna be at least another week at the very least."

So now I've gone from one to two weeks, to just one more week, to "it's gonna be a week at the very least."

I realize and am perfectly fine with the fact that they're probably very busy right now with the current state of the guns and accessories world, but am getting pretty sick of the runaround. I've now been given three answers for when I should have it and all three times was just told "We haven't had a chance to look at it yet" once the time has passed. If you need a few months to replace or fix an item, just tell me up front.

Anyway, it's not a knock on their products because I think they're some of the best in the world - and I still can't wait to get my optic back - but I'm really disappointed.
