I have a Stag Arms AR15 M4. cal. .223.  I'm looking to put one of the Trijicon dot sights on it.

I have always been a iron sight shooter. I know zero about dot sights.

I'm looking for Trijicon recommendations.

I'm also confused about the 1MOA, 2MOA....6MOA choices.  What are those choices about?

MRO 2 moa.
2 moa will cover 2 inches of the target at 100 yards, 4 moa will cover 4 inches at 100 yards, 6 moa will cover 6 inches at 100 yards.
Cut those in half for 50 yards.

I would recommend going to a shop that has a lot of different models in stock that way you can look through them for yourself. I researched a LOT before I bought my first ACOG, but handling them myself is what made me happy with my final choice of which one to get. If you handle them for yourself you'll better judge which you prefer.
