[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Tripower Help !

I finally had a chance to take my Tripower ( new generation - aluminum body etc ) out of its box and play with it

The chevron is awesome with the fiber optic, as is the battery powered cheveron . Odd thing is with the cover for the fiber optic and the battery power off I don't see the Tritium glow even in a pitch black room

Have any of you guys seen this with a Tripower ? There is ZERO glow of the recticle with the Tritium

Time to call Trijicon. The chevron on my unit is visible given the same conditions.

My chevron is visible in the dark. It's visible in low light too. You need to give your night vision a chance to develop.

You can see it after your eyes adjust to the dark.

It's for nightvision use.
